help us help pueblo!
A ministry of compassion to the broken, needy and homeless

Picture
A typical Sunday morning Street Ministry.  We give a quick welcome and a short encouraging message, followed by prayer for our friends and our meal. We then serve breakfast to the many hungry folks that come join us from around the Pueblo area. Each Sunday morning we serve approximately 300 meals (hot breakfasts given out).  We serve food for their body and living water for their souls. Without a building to serve from, it gets pretty cold during our Colorado winters.  Brr!!!  I think we hit 30 degrees this day, in the above picture. Snow, rain, or shine we haven't missed a Sunday yet since our beginning day of July 17, 2017.  (Going on 10 years of service to date) After breakfast, all are invited to attend church with us, if they would like. We have 3 passenger busses.  The most we have had come to church with us on Sunday is 60. Yes, we need another bus.  We average around 65 attending Crazy Faith Church with us weekly.  Special thanks to a few churches that have hosted us at their church: First Church of Nazarene for showing us love! Steele City Church for encouraging us to start up our own church. They said, "You already are The Church" and The Avenue, planted us!  After church, we serve ALL that come, a delicious hot meal. Example, Chicken Alfredo, Garlic Bread, Salad with dressing and Chocolate Chip Cookies.  This gives us time to check in with our regular attenders and get to know our new guests and their needs a little better.  All are welcome to receive hygenie items and clothes from our clothing closet, along with maybe a blanket or necessary food to get them thru the week. Once lunch is over we offer return trips back to the Pueblo area.
